In the red text below is a clip from one of James Lloyd's internet sites. In it he outright lies about being repeatedly sued. It is Lloyd who repeatedly sues people and he is on record not only in the courts of record but also on his own show that he initiates lawsuits against people. He also is lying about being slandered unless the truth about him and his ChristianMediaNetwork® is slander. And concerning the anti-Semite charges, please name names. Exactly who said you were an anti-Semite, Mr. Lloyd?

Christian Media's enemies are growing, and we've been repeatedly sued, and repeatedly slandered. Complaints have been filed with practically every alphabet agency in the country. They say we're hate-mongers, anti-Semites, or just plain criminals. When the Apostle Paul was accused, the religious authorities were angry as he had gone outside the established order because it was corrupt. They said he was "a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes" (Acts 24:5). Similarly, Christian Media has provoked pastors, who claim to love Jesus, when in fact they "received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved" (II Thessalonians 2:10).

True Christians refusing to yield their birthright to the so-called "chosen people" myth, are destined to be accused of being "a mover of sedition" (Acts 24:5). It matters not, for our God is faithful, and we will never give in to the ongoing barrage of Antichrist criticism that grows with each passing day. We ask you to continue to pray for us, and send financial support when you can. Susan and I thank each and every one of you for every prayer you put forth on our behalf, even as we continue to urge anyone who will listen, to turn to Jesus - the real one - while you still can.

Lloyd had already testified in this trial that he had no employees at ChristianMediaNetwork yet claimed that Kelley Someone was an employee of the selfsame organization. He also claimed he tried to locate this fellow and used every conceivable means to do so but yet failed to simply run a VIN check on the truck Lloyd had in his possession to locate this missing person. My personal belief is that Lloyd disposed of Kelly Someone - knowing what I know about James Lloyd.

It's easy to see how James Lloyd will try to twist this representation around to portray Christian Media Network in a better light but it isn't going to work. The representation in the video of Lloyd's "Media Network" is analogous to the Roman Empire. It's Lloyd's boat and he's the sole owner and benefactor of it. If you're on Lloyd's boat, don't expect anything other than being a slave to Lloyd and paying for his extravaganzas such as going to the horse races and betting huge sums of money on the horses and paying for his and live-in companion's (Susan Lenox) booze account. Lloyd has a proclivity for Black Russians (some sort of drink heavily laced with vodka according to a search engine finding) and Susan favors Corona Beer.

At the moment, I do not have time to address many of deliberate errors placed in this statement by Mr. Lloyd. My name is James Lloyd and my picture is to the right.
I am the individual primarily responsible for this
website and I am associated with other aspects of the
Christian Media ministry, as well. This site contains many
controversial and provocative statements, highly critical of
a number of individuals and ministries. While many
people will quickly abhor the type of information disclosed
within the pages of ChristianMediaNetwork.com, I would
like to address the issue as to why I have undertaken this
project.

Over the last decade or so, I have learned of many, many
Christian ministries and individuals that are not only
misbehaving on moral and ethical fronts, but we are
constantly barraged with what can only be called
False Doctrine. As an individual with the gift of prophecy,
I truly believe the Lord has showed me many things concerning the "hows" and "whys" of the end of the age.

Furthermore, it is the departure from the truth that is found in the Bible that has generated the incredible amount of apostasy that even now seeks to overwhelm the remnant church of Jesus Christ. We cannot stand idly by and watch wolves ravage the flock with False Doctrine and financial manipulations without standing up to fight.

Predictably, our attempts to shine a glaring light on the misbehavior of some has brought about a significant backlash. We've been attacked on many fronts - theologically, financially, politically, and most notably, slanderously. We've been accused of many, many things that are complete fabrications.

For about a decade now, I have been personally accused of burglary, conspiracy to commit murder, theft, fraud, and drug abuse to name a few. All these charges are untrue, and no documentation has ever been presented because these slanders are complete fabrications made by enemies of the truth.

As we've continued in what can only be called spiritual trench warfare, we discovered a significant group of individuals that were carefully orchestrating their efforts to destroy our ministry. While there may not have been a conscious conspiracy within the thinking processes of each individual, all of them were, in effect, working on behalf of the "principalities and powers" that do indeed conspire to destroy anyone that will publicly expose their nefarious misdeeds.

The scriptures place a considerable emphasis on the concept of "bearing witness" (Romans 2:15). In the Gospels, Jesus said, "There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true" (John 5:32). It is clear that Christ was referring to John the Baptist - "He was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of that light" (John 1:8).

In the Old Testament, God demonstrated that the concept of bearing a true and accurate witness was so important that He codified it in the 10 Commandments - "Thou shalt not bear false witness" (Exodus 20:16). He further ingrained the severity of the issue in the Mosaic law, by requiring sometimes extreme consequences when false witnesses were exposed:

"If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong...the priests and the judges...shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother; Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: So shalt thou put the evil away from among you. And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you" (Deuteronomy 19:16,18-20).

This passage tells us the reason for the stern warning concerning bearing false witness. It was to be sure that the evil did not flourish among the people and be in a position where it could spiritually reproduce. The text plainly shows the penalty was to be imposed so that "those which remain shall hear, and fear...."

Under the New Covenant, Jesus clearly instructed the Christian church that the order of things shifted to the degree that we are not to seek to destroy the liars. In the parable of the wheat and the tares, he identifies "the good seed [as] the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one" (Matthew 13:38). The "tares" (which are essentially weeds that look like wheat) are seeded in among the children of the kingdom of God and have significantly infiltrated the body of the Christian church.

When the disciples asked "Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?" Christ specifically instructed the disciples "Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn (Matthew 13:30).

Those who bear false witness are tares, because they are liars. They do the works of their "father the devil…there is no truth in him, when he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it" (John 8:44). When individuals bear false witness, they are doing the works of their father - and identifying themselves as to whose child they actually are.

While as children of God we are strictly forbidden to seek to destroy the tares, the text implicitly demonstrates that we are to identify them. We are to bear witness to the truth. Indeed, in the parable, it was the "servants of the householder [that] came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares" (Matthew 13:27)?

Although the precise legal practice seen in the Old Testament relative to judging a true witness and punishing a false witness is now overshadowed by the present grace that is found in JESUS CHRIST, the basic principles that God has imparted through "the law and the prophets" (Matthew 7:12) are intact. Thus, we are always to bear witness to the truth and can never be found to sustain a lie. Indeed, in the final analysis we see that God will judge the world "because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie" (II Thessalonians 2:10,11).

Because of the very legal nature of this process, when God will ultimately judge men for the evil they have done, the Bible provides examples that demonstrate that the law and grace of God never allows an ANONYMOUS witness. For instance, in I Kings, we find an instructive story of stealth and intrigue where the notorious Jezebel is seen as the hidden architect of a false witness.

In this illustrative story, Jezebel and her husband Ahab have designs on the possessions of Naboth the Jezreelite. Jezebel schemes and not only bears a false witness, but she does it secretly as she writes letters in another person's name. In this scriptural account, she is the hidden assassin that arranges matters so that Naboth is eventually destroyed and she can obtain her victim's property. She also arranges to have other two men bare false witness to further her covetous plan (I Kings 21:8,10).

Most know how Jezebel and Ahab end up, as God ultimately punished them, but the point of the Biblical account is that those who secretly slander and anonymously attack by stealth are hardly moving in the truth that is supposed to pour forth from a servant of God.

As a modern day Naboth, I hold "property" that other "ministries" want. Even as I write these words, Christian Media is being slandered ANONYMOUSLY on the internet by nameless parties who represent themselves as Christians. For over 2 years we've been engaged in aspects of this conflict as we've sought to track down the source of the lies and attacks, and the trail eventually led us to specific ministries and "Christian" leaders.

I'm not allowed to pull up the tares, so I've sought to bear witness to the truth. In every case, my name is plainly associated with any broadcast and/or printed statements I've made. My COWARDLY enemy, on the other hand, attacks my wife, my friends, my associates, my integrity, even my appearance - and they do it ANONYMOUSLY.

In times of old, when a man's honor was maligned there was a suitable course of action. Those remedies are denied the true Christian who is seeking to behave in a scriptural fashion. Indeed, many scripturally shallow "believers" quote the Bible out of context, and suggest that I simply ignore the threats that have been made against us and 'turn the other cheek.' As a man, I consider the option of ignoring threats against my wife to be unChristian and unmanly.

I have conspicuously placed my name on this website, a number of times, so that I may stand and bear witness to the evil that is being perpetrated "in the name of Christ" by so many. The slanderous and anonymous backstabbing that these assassins engage in plainly demonstrates that they should be wearing skirts and dresses, not pants. They behave like matronly old crones - whispering their accusations anonymously while they attack in the dark those who are innocent of any wrongdoing. They are reminiscent of graffiti scrawlers, who scratch their queer messages on men's room walls, even as they skulk in the shadows of their own vile iniquity.

These filthy dreamers then have the audacity to proclaim themselves to be Christians, when there is nothing Christ-like or manly about them.

Because the mainstream Christian church, as well as significant portions of the so-called remnant church, continues to allow such unscriptural practices to occur unabated, without an overwhelming rebuke, the evil within the body remains like a festering cancer on the soul of the remnant of Israel. The Old Testament requirement of removing the evil among us was designed to preserve the body (Ezekiel 20:38). The modern body of Christ is being severely pruned because of this grotesque deteriorative condition.

However, God has promised that He will always preserve a righteous remnant. I have one question for those who continue to seek to maintain relations with liars and deceivers(James Lloyd is one such liar and deceiver and on top of that, a scam artist) - who have been thoroughly and methodically exposed by name. If you continue to have fellowship with any of the offenders (or those who strengthen them), how can you expect to be a part of the remnant that God will preserve?

Lloyd on numerous occasions has stated on his show that there are those who are editing and chopping up what he says on his shows. The only person I know who has done this is James Lloyd himself. In the audio below is such an example. On the morning that Mr. Lloyd aired this audio live, there was a name attached to whom he was going to crush. Later, when Lloyd re-aired his showed, he, i.e. James Lloyd, edited out the name.

He edited it out because he had initiated a lawsuit against the person named and Lloyd's lawyer told him, James Lloyd, to strike that particular record. Yes, James Lloyd chops stuff up to suit his purposes then accuses others of doing what he does. I openly name James Lloyd but you will never hear James Lloyd accuse me personally of chopping up any of his audios to make him appear to say something he didn't say because he knows I do not and I have the record to prove it. So all you Lloyd thralls that buy into his lies, keep buying into them.

James Lloyd Caught Dissimulating Yet Again

In the audio presented on the player above, James Lloyd is once again heard doing for what is is well known, that is, lying and dissimulating.

The 1:18 reference is another typical Lloydian "slip", which is not a slip at all, but is what James Lloyd® does when he intends to throw someone under the bus at some point. He hasn't done this yet to Mr. Walters but he has intimated on several occasions that Walters is expendable, just as Rick Walters' buddy, Ralph Haaf, was eventually expended by James Lloyd. In the Haaf dismissal Lloyd intimated he had to get rid of a pesky host because he lived with his parents. So does Walters. Lloyd expounded that people who live with their parents are worthless and he (Lloyd) for one, did not want to associate with such people.

Back to the 1:18 reference made. It was in reference to the biblical book of Acts chapter 1 verse 18. Walters had a business enterprise in Indiana he listed as Acts 1:8 (Lloyd calls it 1:18). Walters rented out commercial space and sold "Christian" merchandise such as Israeli flags and books by John Hagee .

Lloyd mentions that Walters never asked permission from anyone to do anything. That is yet another lie from the lips of James Lloyd which can be heard on a routine basis by listening to his show. James Lloyd is an inveterate liar.

Rick Walters sought permission from the state of Indiana to set up his "Christian" merchandising shop and even applied to be, and did eventually become, a sales tax collector for the state of Indiana. Walters spoke with James Lloyd on many occasions over the phone and sought permission from Lloyd to do many things. Lloyd even encouraged Walters to assault me on the road where I run on a regualr basis. At that period in Walters life, he would never have made a move without Lloyd's approval. After all, Walters was a good paying customer to the James Lloyd network known as ChristianMediaNetwork.

Walters was so fond of James Lloyd that his favorite expression was: "If you come against James Lloyd you better watch out because James Lloyd will ruin you." There are several witnesses that can attest to this. I suspect that even James Lloyd® has an audio of Walters saying this on file somewhere.

Walters and Haaf were buddies; and in one of their shows on the Christianmedianetwork they stated that they were the avenging angels. Guess that comports well with the secret doctrine of James Lloyd since he never chastised them in any way shape or form for what they were declaring over the CMN airways. This was all during the time that Lloyd's policy was that no one did a show on his network unless you agreed with the doctrine of the CMN enterprise.

Notes on Lloyd's show for 2-9-11

Lloyd misuses the intransitive verb "equivocate" again today. Recorded it and have it labeled appropriately. Will explain the word "intransitive" and how it applies to verbs for any of the Lloydites that may pass by. Lloyd calls others idiots and morons. This jerk has to be the biggest moron that ever existed, but there's a lot like him in the same business he is. One discussion in his monologue today concerned how he, Lloyd, thought and planned everything out before he got into the false prophecy business he's in. No doubt, he did, as can be evidenced in so many documents. One particular document that comes immediately to mind is when Lloyd was predicting that everything would come to screeching halt in the summer of 2003 and he was urging everyone to drop out, buy his long-term storage garbage (old moldy beef jerky under the CMN brand name for one such garbage item) and pamphlets and at the same time his websites were documented as to have been renewed and paid up to several years after 2003. That pretty much proves Lloyd has his scams figured well in advance no matter the false prophecy he continues to spew. Used to be Lloyd named names of all his "detractors" and threatened to sue many as he strutted about like a proud peacock. He never names me because he knows I'm right-on, dead-on about him. If he didn't he'd sue me like he used to sue, or intimidate by threat of lawsuit, so many others in Lloyd's inglorious past. Those days are over because the truth is out about this scumbag.

Lloyd did name me in a lying screed he has up on one of his sites. Lloyd claims I called him up in a drunken state and challenged him to a debate. A complete and utter lie, but such is the nature of Lloyd. I don't debate morons. And I don't get drunk and call up drunken morons like James Lloyd.

OK, as promised, an explanation for the Lloyd thralls here for what an intransitive verb is. An intransitive verb is a verb that does not require a direct object. A direct object is a word that is a receiver of an action. This is 4th grade grammar. I suspect Lloyd is hitting the sauce too much. Black Russians are his favorite.

Other than the obvious fact that Lloyd contextually misuses (or does he) this word in his monologue, he also tortures it in other ways. Lloyd is saying that "that equivocates to that" whatever any of what Lloyd says means. Equivocate, indeed. Lloyd has been equivocating on many fronts for a long time now. James Lloyd was once on The Edge Broadcast and his promotion didn't go over so well as Daniel Ott mentions in the following media clip.

In these audio clips, James Lloyd is mentioned because at the time Lloyd was spamming the chatroom of Daniel Ott's show, directing people, by means of html links, to his sites and articles and especially his goods he has for sale on said sites. This is the James Lloyd method for drumming up business. Make no mistake about it, the Christian Media Network is nothing more than a business designed first and foremost to enrich James Lloyd.

James Lloyd has been heard numerous times on his own internet show site encouraging listeners (I hesitate to refer to many Lloyd thralls as listeners since I don't think any of them truly listen to him) to surf the net and post links to his sites. In the audio file that can be accessed in the media player above, you can hear Susan Lenox introducing another fine member of the Christian Media Network team in another example of the dichotomy of what James Lloyd supposedly preaches and what actually takes place on his network. Several years ago Lloyd said he would have no fellowship on his network with those who practiced other than what he preached. For several years now Jim Cedarstrom has bally-hoo-ed this season and celebrating it every year and telling his listeners on the Christian Media Network to have a Merry Christmas Do you think Jim Cedarstron has ever listened to James Lloyd? So the lesson here is that James Lloyd preaches the bottom line and whatever conforms to his concept of the bottom line of his business enterprise listed in the Oregon Corporate Division as Christian Media Network is what he, James Lloyd, really preaches beneath the layers of gobblety-gook he spews.

Jim Cedarstrom is a bulwark of the Christian Media Network and James Lloyd strategically places him after every weekday show in the afternoon. Lloyd likes the Santa Claus music, I guess.

By the way, I would strongly suggest that you avoid mail order companies like Cedarstrom's and find a reputable coin dealer that you can talk to in person in his store. Most coin dealers should deal in bullion also and also through the mails. But don't deal with them until you get to know them and see their businesses up front and in person. Seven percent over spot is not a good deal - not a good deal at all. It's a ripoff. I, myself, recently purchased a 100 ounce silver bar from a reputable coin dealer via the telphone and the mail. I paid 20 dollars for shipping and just a 30 dollar premium on top of the spot price for the 100 ounces of silver. The quote on the day I bought silver was $27.53 an oz. I paid a grand total of $2,803.00 for a 100 oz. silver bar. At Cedarstrom's, with the 7 percent surcharge you would pay 192.71 over $2,753.00 or a grand total of $2,945.71. Hardly sounds like a deal to me. And Cedarstrom makes no mention of a shipping and handling charge which many of these ripoff dealers tend to omit in the monologues on their "shows". Just a tip.

Ripping people off is the standard practice at Christian Media Network as this comparison of two prices for the same product as advertised in the separate iframes below can attest. In the first iframe (use the scrollers on the side and bottom of the iframe to view), is an ad on the Christian Media Network site known as "soundbody". Lots of merchandise are listed there. All one has to do is use a search engine and find much cheaper prices for the products they sell as I did in the very next iframe. That was the first and only site I went to and right off there is evidence that soundbody gouges people. I didn't look at any more sites but posted this one (in the second iframe of this post) immediately. I'm sure you can probably get this same product even cheaper.

AquaRain™ makes two models of the design shown and one usually sells for twice as much as the other. Time and time again, experience has shown, that when dealing with Christian Media Network, chances are you will be cheated. Just ask a man by the name of Kelly who was cheated out of his truck or ask Christian Media Network's former printer Roger Johannsen. Oh, that's right, they're no longer around. One, Kelly Someone, has been missing for since who knows when (Lloyd knows) and Roger was brutally murdered sometime back. I specifically know a couple in Indiana who bought seed packages from Lloyd and Lenox and those seeds were misrepresented in the ads and what arrived in the mail were outdated seeds. Such as it is when dealing with the scam artists doing business as Christian Media Network.

Funny how the advertisement for a pamphlet (see picture at top of this article) that James Lloyd wrote, concerning a one Bob Larson, closely aligns with Lloyd's own life.

In the first half hour of the James Lloyd Show today, November 30, 2010, James Lloyd, the noted and marked-at-his-own-request¹ false prophet, said that he and his lovely live-in companion, Susan Lenox, went to a restaurant on Black Friday (whatever that is; must be a special on Lloyd products day) and ordered crab meat. Then James Lloyd, the false prophet of Jacksonville, Oregon, said he and Susan became ill.

Lloyd mentions all this after for months on his show warning his not-so-sophisticated listeners not to eat any seafood because, according to Lloyd, BP has poisoned the world's oceans. Laughable, is it not? Lloyd's listeners are in rapt attention to him and do everything he tells them to do. But Lloyd, per usual, never practices what he preaches - typical hypocrisy from the king of hypocrisy, James Lloyd.

I suspect that Lloyd has a hidden agenda in informing his listeners of his "illness" he got from consuming crab meat at a restaurant. I suspect Lloyd has a litigious objective in mind, knowing his history in that arena. Will patiently await and see and keep track of the court dockets in the surrounding area that James Lloyd frequents, spending the money² his followers send to him lavishing himself.

In this article are two audio files that can be accessed by the players provided. In the first audio file below, James Lloyd can be heard ridiculing a host on one of his Christian Media Network shows. That host's name was Rick Walters, who can be heard in a broadcast of his show called the Watchman that used to be on CMN. It would seem, by Lloyd's tone, that he has no use whatsoever for Rick Walters. But, au contraire, Lloyd did have a use for Rick Walters and he used him well. Rick Walters to this day is a great believer in James Lloyd. Be not surprised if you hear a guest spot from Walters once in a while in the future on Lloyd's network just as Randy Maugans occasionally spots in on a guest show. These two, Walters and Maugans, love being in the spotlight on Lloyd's network and Lloyd, true to form, is always happy to provide a platform for them. Especially if they are paying for the time.

Lloyd gave Walters a lot of free time after telling Walters to attack me and try to do me bodily harm.

As far as James Lloyd's drug abuse goes, he is on record in the Jackson County Court as having admitted to drug abuse. He said it himself, not others, Click HERE to hear the Lloyds' own lawyer admitting for them that they were drug abusers. Other evidence for Lloyd's more recent drug (methamphetamine sales and abuse) connections are located elsewhere on this blog and other sites. Was James Lloyd's own lawyer lying before the court? Lloyd seems to be suggesting that in his "About Us" piece.

No one had James Lloyd thrown off the air. He's lying, as usual. But James Lloyd has had others thrown off the air. Fact. Also no one has ratted Mr. Lloyd to any alphabet agencies. Lloyd is a member in good standing with the fiction known as the state that he rails against in his on-air persona, but off air, its a whole different situation. Lloyd has hired lawyers numerous times and drawn up suits himself and had prayed to his god, the state, for relief. In his prayers to his god, the state, James Lloyd, has sworn that he, at all material times, has been a resident* (see note below) of said fiction, the state. Also, James Lloyd and his mail order company Christian Media Network is listed in the Oregon Corporate Division as a company doing business in the corporate fiction known to the unlearned as the "state of Oregon." As such the corporate entity James Lloyd is afforded all protections and immunities of said fiction. Although Lloyd probably pays no taxes, it is without a doubt that he does indeed file income tax returns. Remember Lloyd is a 501c3 corporation. He has admitted on air that he once was. And also on the air he has said that once you are, you always are. And Lloyd is still a 501c3 corporate entity and files with the IRS. Fact.

The only intercessory prayer group that I am aware that prays for the destruction of others is Lloyd's. In an audio recording from one of Lloyd's shows (and they are indeed "shows") is Lloyd recruiting for new members in his intercessory prayer group. In the recording (listen on media player below), Lloyd goes on to explain that the reason he is recruiting new members for this group is because his old group seemed to have prayed themselves into oblivion. Click HERE for a documented example located in an article elsewhere in this blog of Lloyd contradicting what he says in the above audio file and exhibits that it is Lloyd himself that wishes to crush people, not the other way around. This is yet more documentation - that which Lloyd goes out of way to fail to provide when he makes ambiguous accusations.

Sue me, Lloyd. You know for a fact its the truth and it can be substantiated as well. Something you never do in your on-air accusations such as the ones in this audio recording from your show. Lloyd never names names. Here in this article a name is named as to who the culprit is. His name is James Lloyd. Lloyd won't name names because he doesn't have any. He's just a practiced liar and a cover-up artist

In this audio file from a recent show of Lloyd's, one can hear Lloyd ranting about an unattributable "slander" of his father, of whom he can't remember the time of his passing away. James Lloyd Sr. died in Medford Oregon in 1988. James Lloyd Jr., who was an abject failure con-artist in southern California, on drugs and drinking and living with Susan Lenox and commiting adultery, divorcing his wife Anita Delores and writing a book replete with false prophecy which he still sells to this day, followed his father to Oregon; then inherited his father's property after he died in that year James can't remember. Randy Maugans Decoding In the Service of James Lloyd®

Randy is incredible. For the thralls of James Lloyd® who may be reading this, the word incredible means "not credible" when reduced to its simplest "rendering" as Randy would say. Randy likes that word "rendering." Randy also liked the word "mischaracterization" because his Svengali James Lloyd used it numerous times in the courtroom proceedings that James Lloyd® initiated. Randy sat through that 7 day fiasco hanging on to James' every word. I, on the other hand, did not.

I sat in the hallway on the appointed 2 days til called, then left. Randy also is smug in swearing an oath as you can readily hear in this audio. Here's a little hint about swearing oaths:

My name is David Wilson. What Randy Maugans, loyal thrall of James Lloyd, attempted in his so-called testimony was to say I didn't create a site on Network54 which, nevertheless, contrary to James Lloyd's resolute belief, I did create. His leader James Lloyd somehow convinced him that someone else did it and that he had to testify to that lie - so he flies out about 3000 miles to Oregon on the dime of the Christian Media Network followers to lie for Lloyd. He wrangled and weaved and spewed all sorts of nonsense about hundreds of hours he spent working for James Lloyd to decode the code of simple html copyright and registration symbols , the © and the ®.

Lloyd once wrote of me that I have only the education of a third grader, implying that I was too stupid to factor quadratics from freshman high school algebra class , I suppose. Since Lloyd wrote this of me, well then, of course, Randy Maugans must believe it since Lloyd wrote it. The data doesn't change unless the facts change, according to James Lloyd, whatever that means. So Randy is caught in this sway that James Lloyd holds over him and dutifully lies for his leader, James Lloyd, on high there in his secret mountain location, who happens to have his Christian Media Network registered as a business enterprise with the Oregon Corporate Division and proudly admits to it in court too. By the way, in order to make a ® all one has to do is type the ampersand character, reg, and a semicolon all together like this:

Now this page will read html coding and display it accordingly. The reason its not displaying the code now as a registration symbol, in the above example, is because I munged the code. Now, all Randy Maugans had to do when he was supposedly trying to figure out how the ® was made was to go to Network54 and open an account there and use the control panel provided by Network54 to activate html for the forum. But that would have been too easy for Randy and he would not have gotten to practice his 80 dollar-an-hour dazzle-them-with-bullshit performance. Also he and Lloyd could have, at least, made the attempt to contact Network54 if they felt Lloyd was somehow being wronged there and asked for IP numbers for where the owner of the forum originated? But they didn't. Randy is an 80 dollar-an-hour self-professed internet and html expert. By the way, there's a lot more testimony from Randy along these same lines from these courtroom audios.

There were some posts on the forum I had at Network54 that mocked James Lloyd that came as far away as Maine. I suppose those posts were made by some people associated with the shortwave radio station from which Lloyd bought airtime since I had gone to that station's forum site and linked to my forum. But Lloyd was in court trying to pin it on a person who had nothing to do with the site I started and maintained - a forum site that parodied James Lloyd and his scam and sham flim-flam operation known as Christian Media Network.

Update - The source page for this post will not reveal for many of you how I did the coding. So I suggest you get one of these blogspot accounts and open the thing up and use search engines on how to do html code and munge it also. I'm sure Randy is now somewhere in the so-called state of Pennsylvania where they also REGISter businesses like Mr. Lloyd's and he's eating crackers and scrambling away pulling his hair out figuring out how to do all this. Apparently lying and deceiving seems right to James Lloyd. He has no compunction whatsoever.

What he says and does are two different things. Today Lloyd went on and on about how he's articulated (play audio file above) about incorporating in the Beast System. He's articulated it alright but what he neglects to articulate to his listeners and his thralls is that he has enthusiastically embraced the same Beast System so he can enjoy the fruits thereof.

In the Iframe below is a government web site which is a direct feed from the internet. That is what an Iframe does. Perhaps, James Lloyd's friend and internet expert Randy Maugans® could explain it to you if you pay him enough. As can be seen, James Lloyd is REGIStered with the state of Oregon in their corporate division. Lloyd purposely did this for business reasons and, make no mistake, Christian Media Network is, first and foremost, a business as James Lloyd himself daily demonstrates on the air and by evidence of his REGIStration with the state of Oregon.

I purposely capitalized the first four letters of REGISter to draw attention to its latin derivation. Regis, in Latin's genitive case (possessive case in English), means "of (or belonging to) the king". Mr. Lloyd's "king" evidently is the corporate division of the state of Oregon, - what Lloyd himself describes on numerous occasions as the "Beast" system. Hypocrisy?

Probably unbeknown to James Lloyd, unless he's recently hired a private detective service to gather data as is his wont, is that I have 4 years of high school Latin under my belt on my way to a 3rd grade education that James Lloyd once wrote is all I had in a smear piece that I somehow became a part.

The site pictured below and owned by Lloyd is a site dedicated to smearing people. Some of the smears may be justified. Some of the smears are against people Lloyd has never met and knows nothing about at all and completely unjustified. Such is the way of James Lloyd. Lloyd has always maintained that he gathers data on people so the "virii" that have been detected on his sites are probably created by Lloyd himself, of course someone he hired made the virii, and placed in the site programming to gather information on visitors to his sites.

Anyway, I am examining an audio clip of you right now where you are telling Daniel Ott that at one time you had the most time slots on commercial shortwave radio, implying, i guess, that you were really popular.

I guess you still are really popular. Have you googled these terms lately - "James Lloyd prophecy" ? Go ahead, google those terms. Don't be bashful. Google
them and see what comes up. Another set of terms to google is "Susan Lenox whore." That's really interesting too. I almost said incredible, but no, all too credible is more like it. Oh yeah, I am well aware how you glom on to the many criticisms people make of you and you use their words later on to try to make yourself appear smarter than you really are.

This letter and others are dated and will be published at a later date to point out what I just stated concerning your practices. Lloyd Apparently Phishing For Ever More Data

Today while getting ready to listen to Lloyd's show - yes, its a show, by his own admission - Iclicked onto a link to another one of his sites and promptly received an alert that his page was infected with a phishing virus. A phishing virus is one that gathers data off your computer and sends it to the person who put the virus on the site. One weird thing about this virus that is located on Lloyd's page is that the url of it is the same as Lloyd's pet name given to him by his live-in companion, Susan Lenox.

So be advised. When visiting Lloyd's websites, make sure you have a good, updated antivirus program loaded on your computer. Also be advised concerning the nature of Lloyd-speak, if you are unlearned you may become a victim of glib salesmanship. Lloyd is no different than those he rails against. He is just as false, manipulative, and profiteering as the Tim LeHayes of the world. Remember, this guy James Lloyd, was promoting the false doctrine of pre-tribulation rapture once in many of his various sales schemes.

update: 7/29/10 Today on Lloyd's show, he declared that there are people editing what he says on his shows and publishing things he didn't say as if he said them. I don't know who is doing this since he does not say who is doing it. Many of Lloyd's listeners and thralls can attest to the fact that Lloyd calls people such things as slime, dirtbags, etc. Now, the point is, who is or are doing these things and why won't Lloyd name names? I am not doing it on this site. Lloyd knows very well not to accuse me something of that nature. He knows full well I will not tolerate such a lie. For any of Lloyd thralls that may be passing through examining this site, here is a proposition for you. I propose you write or call James Lloyd and ask him directly who is doing this? Haven't gone anywhere. Been busy with life in general. Keep listening to the two audio files in the previous post. In one of them you can detect Lloyd knowing he was caught, by the resigned tone in his voice, when he replied that he lost "track of all time, it seems." Too bad no one picked up the ball with this and ran it to its conclusion. Play them over and over. This is Lloyd as you've never heard him before. And there's lots more court room tapes of Lloyd as you've never heard him before and he doesn't want you to hear it either. If he did, he'd get the court room tapes and sell them, not provide them for free as I do. Homework for readers of this blog that are avid Lloyd devotees: Do a search for the term "pathological liar." Then listen again to these two audios.

Lloyd didn't lose any track of the time lines concerning any of this. Matter of fact, it was he, Lloyd, who brought this whole issue to court, not the other parties. What a scumbag this fellow truly is.

On James Lloyd's website he has a catalog of all manner of merchandise that he ministers to as part of the ministry of the bottom line that he, James Lloyd, is all about. One item in that catalog is the book The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop.

Lloyd wants 20 dollars for this book which he probably doesn't have any stock. Lloyd's whole method of business is to get the orders and the cash before he obtains the merchandise to mail back to the customer, thus ministering to his bottom line without any investment on his part, being a true profiteer that he is. The author of this book is dead and the copyright has long expired thus if you read it for free on this site you cannot possibly earn the ire of James Lloyd for reading "copyrighted" material for free. James Lloyd Lying in Court - The Courtroom Tapes

My name is David Wilson. The scam artist James Lloyd did not know me or anything about me before the year 2004, yet he had and has a screed up on one of his websites where he prints an outright lie about me for that period of time, the years 2004 and before. That is not unusual for Mr. Lloyd - to make up stories, outright fabrications.

That is his stock in trade - lying. His preferred wriggle method is to associate anyone and everyone with the the "pre-tribulation rapture crowd" that points out his, James Lloyd's, false prophecies, lies, scams, whoredoms, etc.

This method of diversion and distraction seems to satisfy his thralls. I am not - repeat - am NOT a pre-tribulational rapture-ist. Mr. Lloyd was, once, and he tapped into that false doctrine to make money as is his custom. That is the way of the Lloyd, period. I never was convinced (fact is, the first time I ever heard of it, I laughed at how so stupid a con system as that could be foisted on anyone) of that false doctrine whereas Mr. Lloyd was. Mr. Lloyd merchandised songs extolling this pernicious false doctrine.

I also knew about 501C3 corporations long before Lloyd "discerned" the problem. Matter of fact, Mr. Lloyd was a 501C3 corporation once for the sole purpose of making money. He realized later that there would be more money by removing that association.

He still maintains a corporate status with the state of Oregon as is pointed out in one of the links on the sidebar of this blog site. Whether or not he dropped his 501C corporate status is an unresolved issue. He may still hold it. You, his listeners, will never know for sure though because that's how he operates.

Notes for 5/13/10 Lloyd states on his show today that men are stalking women then let loose with a sniffling snort sounding as if he's been sniffing something from the sound body line. This is the guy involved with a meth maker and dealer. He snorted more in this "show". The last half-hour of today's show is replete with this blazen and wanton snorting and sniffing. Have to laugh at the Sound Body Products that purportedly make one healthy they foist on people. Just a money making scam. Lloyd's ministry is to the bottom line. Period.

Another Example of James Lloyd Brazenly Lying in Court

In a recording on the audio player shown above, James Lloyd is once again heard lying in open court. This is yet another example how much of a slithering viper James Lloyd is. James Lloyd accused, falsely (as is his wont), a party in this proceeding of printing a story that he, James Lloyd, was packaging beef jerky that was moldy. This was an out and out lie. The party printed a story that James Lloyd had packaged and was RESELLING beef jerky that had a lapsed expiration date. Another party that was privy to packaging the jerky testified in this trial that he ran into packages that contained moldy beef jerky and the packages were expired. Also Lloyd, in this testimony, is blatantly lying in that he says he, Lloyd, did not push the product after the year 2000. I, personally, heard James Lloyd advertising this product on his shortwave radio shows as late as early 2003. There are recorded tapes of some of these shows that will bear this out. James Lloyd is a practiced but not very convincing LIAR. Lloyd can't even get his facts straight when he files lawsuits. That's because he's a first class jerk, dirtbag, and scumbag.

are many distortions and outright lies, not to mention misapplication and making a non-sequitur of bible scripture which James Lloyd has made a career. But only one lie by James Lloyd in the following document entitled Lawlessness & Litigation will be examined for now. Please note how James Lloyd fails miserably to provide any documention for what he alleges in the foregoing, or anywhere else for that matter. Here is what James Lloyd writes:

After over 2 years of unconscionable attacks on me, and after learning that innocent parties were being injured in what had became a war of words, I resolved something had to be done. After proceeding through the Matthew 18 steps I just described with progress, I wrote to the now former "brother" (concluding he had transitioned to the role of "heathen" based on his lack of response), and gave him an ultimatum: cease and desist NOW, or I will file suit. The accusations escalated, and I filed a lengthy and detailed lawsuit, which wound its way through the notoriously slow machinery of the court system.

Although the jury's judgment in the case found I had indeed been slandered, after such a long and emotionally draining episode, there was little consolation, and virtually no relief granted. During the course of the lawsuit, we were awarded a modest amount of money which our opponent has not paid. Six years after the episode began, he continues to regularly attack and accuse me, so virtually nothing has changed -- except we're out substantial legal fees.

The fact of the matter is neither James Lloyd or Susan Lenox was awarded any monetary damages in the lawsuit they instigated. A third party in the suit was victorious for only a short period though. This is what James Lloyd intentionally omits when he weaves the lie. The third party was Susan Lenox's sister who sued supposedly because she was mentioned as taking prozac in a writing somewhere. She was briefly awarded a direct verdict and a payment of something to the tune of 600 dollars I believe, if memory serves me correctly, for lawyer fees to James Lloyd's attorney, a high priced corporate lawyer. However, Miss Lenox's sister was served noticed to attend a discovery hearing and she promptly bowed out of the suit. This is the kind of stuff that James Lloyd will not tell those who read his fluff. I have an audio of James Lloyd exhorting his listeners to demand documentation, yet when it comes to James Lloyd himself, none is apparently needed. Just believe what James Lloyd tells you and demand no documentation whatsoever. This is the main purpose of this website - to fill in the gaps that James Lloyd is so careful to create.

Yes, he puts your name and address in a database there at his undisclosed mountain location, as he is accustomed to calling his own address on Little Applegate Road in Jacksonville, Oregon. After he does that, he packages your address with other addresses from customers and first time mailers to his organizion and sells it to other marketers just like himself. This particular verbiage in the frame below is vintage James Lloyd deception. Lloyd takes such a dim view of the intelligence of his thralls that he tells them up front what he is up to but they can't see the forest for the trees, as it were.

There was a fellow who does reverse speech research and claims that demons reveal themselves in reverse speech patterns of those who the demons inhabit. Nor was Russia, as is commonly believed by people who do not examine such matters, when it was part of the socialist soviet republics. For only 135 dollars you can buy some expired seed packs from James Lloyd as someone I know who lives down the road from me did back in 2001. Those seeds were more expensive then. When I saw the can (I have a picture of this very can) with the seed packs that had elapsed expiration dates, I couldn't believe it. Not so much the fact that the seeds were expired but how much they paid they paid for them. I saw not more than 10 dollars worth of seed packs and they paid over 150 dollars. Where I live are farm supply stores, hardware stores, distressed merchandise stores and the like. When seed packages become distressed due to the expiration date or the like, they are marked down significantly. It's not unusual to see seed packs go for ten cents per pack or less. It's also not unusual to see seed packs given away. I suspected that Lloyd probably found a dumpster full of expired seeds and then a light bulb went off in his head concerning his ready-made marketing targets. Voila, instant 135 dollar profit.

Here is an audio of James Lloyd of Christian Media Network lying as usual. He says in this audio that he had business with Bill Cooper and knew him and puts himself in the same category as Bill Cooper when it comes to putting one's life on the line. If Cooper could roll over in his grave, there's no doubt he would after hearing that James Lloyd would be on an Hour of the Time broadcast. That's what Cooper said he did - broadcast - not have a "show" like Lloyd does and Doyle Shameley does. Cooper would have never had James Lloyd on the Hour of the Time. In fact, Bill Cooper did a whole half an hour on his Hour of the Time BROADCAST way back in the spring of 2000 warning about the likes of James Lloyd. Cooper described James Lloyd as nothing more than a money-grubber and said basically that was what Lloyd's ministry was all about - money or Mammon. Bill Cooper did that broadcast in response to those around him who were urging him to join up with Lloyd's network at the time. Cooper was extremely peeved at the whole notion. I suspect it was Doyle Shamely who was coaxing Cooper. But Cooper had good sense and could see right through the operation Lloyd was running. Too bad he couldn't see through Shamely. And yes, Doyle's last name is purposely misspelled . Hopefully, he sees it here.

The audio file heading up this post is a particularly noteworthy audio file from James Lloyd. Noteworthy in that it was edited. Not edited by me but edited by James Lloyd. Lloyd would have you believe that "there are people" (as he habitually says) that are cutting and splicing sound files of him making him to appear to say things he doesn't say. I, for one, do not know who these people are other than James Lloyd himself as this audio file demonstrates. When Lloyd first said those words on the date of 06/29/04 there was a name of a person to whom those words were directed. In Lloyd's rebroadcast of that same "show" (Lloyd calls what he does "shows") the name was edited out. In the next audio file, shown below, Lloyd mentions the first name of the person edited out in the above audio. Note how Lloyd assumes an authoritarian position and lords over others in this following audio:

Who grants snakeoil salesmen any kind of authority over people, especially an authority to "crush" people? That's what I want to know. Lloyd just says there is proof and then neglects to provide any. That is the way of the Lloyd, of course. His thralls are too enthralled.

A note of advice to anyone that buys anything from the James Lloyd company known as Christian Media Network: If you get on his customer list, there is a good probability that Lloyd will assume "authority" over you and even a possibility of suing you. Am busy working on a new website dedicated exclusively to material such as the following. For this blog, I hope to focus more with the courtroom audios and transcripts that James Lloyd has generated over the years.

Can you detect a sort of reverence to Ronald Reagan in this audio? Notice how Lloyd seems to attribute the phrase "bracket creep" to Reagan? Wow, Lloyd, I heard that phrase decades ago as per its use in tax terminology. I heard it when Reagan was the 20 Mule Team Borax cowboy. Funny, I never heard Reagan use that term when he was sitting on his horse. By the way, Lloyd reports an income in excess of 100 thousand dollars a year. He testified in court that he does when he sued someone with the complaint of "intentional economic interference" in Lloyd's business enterprise. I submit that the reason James Lloyd does not name names in the screed below - linked to Lloyd's own website - is because he has no names to name in his vague accusations mentioned specifically in this paragraph:

"In the last three years, I personally have been accused of burglary, conspiracy to commit murder, theft, fraud, and drug abuse to name a few. All these charges are untrue, and no documentation has ever been presented because these slanders are complete fabrications made by enemies of the truth."

He just makes it up. Oh, by the way, Lloyd is on record for being a drug abuser. Words out of his own mouth. He has no documentation for anything in his accusations and proffers none. P.S. I have recordings of Lloyd where he openly states he wants to kill people with his 30.06. James Lloyd's Justification and denial of his false prophecy of 2003.

More than two months after he was shown to be a fraud, James Lloyd has continued to aggressively maintain that he is in the will of God, even as he shows contempt for Him and His word.

On one of his websites he published the following in August of 2003:

"One of the most perplexing aspects of prophecy is in the area of timing. Readers
familiar with the Christian Media ministry know that we have aggressively sought to decipher the current events with specificity, and to place them in a linear predictive context. To put it another way, I believe I know and understand significant aspects of the times and the seasons in which we live.

I further believe that I am called to publicly witness of the immanency of the fulfillment of the ancient prophecies of Daniel and Revelation. In this regard, I have repeatedly prophesied concerning the timing of the initialization of various cycles of prophetic activity – including the start of the Tribulation period, the inauguration of the Antichrist, and much much more.

In recent years, one of the staples of my prophetic platform is the belief that the government of the Antichrist would rise to a new plateau of power in 2003. Furthermore, I have repeatedly predicted that this would occur in mid-year with a special focus on the 4th of July.

Although the 4th has just passed by without an obvious fulfillment of this prophecy, I am not ready to repudiate the supernatural understanding that brought me to make these pronouncements.

It is truly amazing that he can utter such things in the face of the obvious facts, without the slightest hint of personal embarrassment or shame!

He mentions being "perplexed". 1st Corinthians 14:33 "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."

Notice that the scriptures tell us plainly that our God is not a God of confusion. Certainly, God is not perplexed.

He says "I believe I know and understand significant aspects of the times and the seasons in which we live."

Yet He has not only prophesied falsely, BUT he has by his own admission continued to "press forward"

Then he has the nerve to criticize those believers who have pointed out the obvious as "blind critics using unscriptural traditions" This statement is completely unsupported. You must either take his word for it (as in his false predictions) or reject it. To which "unscriptural traditions" does he refer?

Then he goes on to make the statement: " prophecy is frequently fulfilled without a broad consensus recognizing the truth as it occurs." as if the destruction he has "Prophesied" has occurred in "truth" and that there is no "broad consensus" which recognizes the fact that New York City has been destroyed. One might imagine that every person in New York is dead and either don't know it yet, or have not yet reached that conclusion.

Do you suppose that America is really in ashes and we all just don't realize it because we have not reached the proper conclusion?

Such sophistry and intellectual word play can only convince the weakest minded individuals who have been taken in by his duplicitous scam. To maintain that we just don't realize that the prophecy has been fulfilled is the saddest sort of desperation, and an indication of the inability of the man to recognize the simplest truth:

HE WAS WRONG! New York City is still there! America is still here!

And James Lloyd is still selling his wares to the foolish and weak of mind and faith.

That he has received his "understanding" from a "supernatural source is not disputed. The question is, which supernatural source told him to prophesy in the name of the Living God a thing which has not happened? The spirit of God does not lie. The spirit of Mammon however will say anything to make a buck!

How then can James Lloyd make such claims?

The BIBLE tells us in Romans 1:28-30:

"And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things..."

Everything in the following parody advertisement concerning the nature of James Lloyd is correct. Although he wrote a long slanderous piece against a couple of people and published it in his "newspaper" and sent it in emails to people and still has it remaining to this day on one of his websites, he missed biting the bullet and those people never sued and thus the statue of limitations has expired. But that never stopped Lloyd from suing when the truth came out about him. He thought he could bully people using the courts and the corporate lawyers to bulldoze them under. He was wrong. Through those same courtroom processes Lloyd invoked, all the information in this parody ad can be verified. Insomuch as Lloyd definitely wants to sue me and this site, he knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on and he also knows I'm not as stupid as he is and will stand up to him and his bullying tactics. What Lloyd does best is to defraud little old ladies out of their money. I think he realizes that's where his main area of concentration will be in the future - not suing people who have the goods on him.

I was hesitant about bringing this to attention here because Lloyd reads and learns from what I write about him and then he adjusts for it. This is the mark of a grifter such as Lloyd. I wouldn't give two cents for one of these things because I know how to make a water filter out of natural materials and a whole lot cheaper than any 350 bucks. Knowing that James Lloyd is a rip-off artist and overcharges for much of the junk he sells on his "network", I ran a search on the internet for this product. Here is one page that lists this item much cheaper than what Lloyd the con-man sells it for. Amazing isn't it! But this is the kind of thing that pisses Lloyd off so much, he even sues over it. How dare anyone point out cheaper prices for his overpriced junk.

Many statements are made in this audio that are totally without any foundation, such as Lloyd accusing his "enemies" of rejoicing over the death of Roger Johannsen. One interesting statement made by Lloyd is how "their spirits have been so low in the last couple of weeks" over the death of Roger. Mr. Johannsen is dead less than two weeks when James Lloyd says this. Another intriguing statement he (James Lloyd) makes is that he already is printing stuff with another printer as if he was anticipating not having Roger as a printer. I wonder if he also anticipated Kelly Someone disappearing off the face of the earth too.

Another arresting statement James Lloyd makes in this audio is that "there is a murderer out there somewhere in this area." How does Lloyd know that the murderer in somewhere in the area? Hmmmm. I know what questions I would be asking of Lloyd if I was a detective.

The Lies of James Lloyd

Purposely, vilely, and maliciously a whole bunch of lies are written on this so-called "Research" link authored by James Lloyd (see link in the frame below in this post). James Lloyd is a liar; its that simple. I was never "recruited" by Craig Portwood. The truth of the matter is that I was recruited by James Lloyd (I will explain later, maybe in court). Another lie Lloyd wrote is that I commercially sponsored Craig Portwood. That is a complete and utter lie. James Lloyd is the person who engages in commercial endeavors. Not I. I am a tradesman and I have never advertised my skills anywhere at anytime in order to make a living; neither have I commercially sponsored Craig Portwood in any way, shape, or form. I never began telephoning James Lloyd's home number. I did call James Lloyd's commercially available number and requested on his his tape recording machine that he never have one of his goons like Ralph Haaf ever call me again and secretly tape me and then play it back on on the the Lloyd Network "shows". When Haaf called me I instinctively knew he was taping me and requested even then that I not be broadcast on any "show" on the Lloyd network at any time. My request was not honored and as such the actions taken by Lloyd and company were actionable in a court of law. However, I never sought redress for that grievance at that time and in a timely fashion feeling that it all wasn't worth my time.

Lloyd fabricates stuff so he can look good to his ignorant fans and fellow collaborators such as Francis Steffan Hayes of The American Voice Radio(see email containing a death threat against me and addressed to me from the effete Francis on left margin). James Lloyd would be economically lost if not for junk theology such as Rapture Doctrine. He has made a lucrative living from it. At first singing songs in praise of the Rapture Doctrine, then writing pamphlets arguing against the same junk doctrine he once embraced. Lloyd is a classic example of the classic moron enamoring others of like weak mind to his commercial endeavors.

I only addressed a few lies Lloyd wrote of me in the article. I know for a fact that he wrote many lies about other parties in that same article. I know for a fact that those parties could have sued Lloyd and obtained a substantial judgment with what is known as a direct verdict on the issues involved. But, either through ignorance, mercy, or other pressing matters in their lives at the time, they did not seek redress in a timely fashion and so the article remains today due to a legal function known as a statute of limitations. Well, that statute only applied to the original publication as posted from its original site. It seems now the publication is on this site. Why is it on this site? I think the explanation is in the preceding paragraphs and throughout this blog. The question is: does a new limitation time-frame begin from the date this screed is referenced? Maybe Lloyd can answer that question since he is noted for being a self-professed expert in timing and scripting matters.

My name is James Lloyd and my picture is to the right.
I am the individual primarily responsible for this
website and I am associated with other aspects of the
Christian Media ministry, as well. This site contains many
controversial and provocative statements, highly critical of
a number of individuals and ministries. While many
people will quickly abhor the type of information disclosed
within the pages of ChristianMediaNetwork dot com, I would
like to address the issue as to why I have undertaken this
project.

Over the last decade or so, I have learned of many, many
Christian ministries and individuals that are not only
misbehaving on moral and ethical front, but we are
constantly barraged with what can only be called
False Doctrine. As an individual with the gift of prophecy,
I truly believe the Lord has showed me many things concerning the "hows" and "whys" of the end of the age.

Furthermore, I believe it is the departure from the truth that is found in the Bible that has generated the incredible amount of apostasy that even now seeks to overwhelm the remnant church of Jesus Christ. We cannot stand idly by and watch wolves ravage the flock with False Doctrine and financial manipulations without standing up to fight.

Predictably, our attempts to shine a glaring light on the misbehavior of some has brought about a significant backlash. We've been attacked on many fronts - theologically, financially, politically, and most notably, slanderously. We've been accused of many, many things that are complete fabrications.

In the last three years, I personally have been accused of burglary, conspiracy to commit murder, theft, fraud, and drug abuse to name a few. All these charges are untrue, and no documentation has ever been presented because these slanders are complete fabrications made by enemies of the truth.

As we've continued in what can only be called spiritual trench warfare, we discovered a significant group of individuals that were carefully orchestrating their efforts to destroy our ministry. While there may not have been a conscious conspiracy within the thinking processes of each individual, all of them were, in effect, working on behalf of the "principalities and powers" that do indeed conspire to destroy anyone that will publicly expose their nefarious misdeeds.

The scriptures place a considerable emphasis on the concept of "bearing witness" (Romans 2:15). In the Gospels, Jesus said, "There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true" (John 5:32). It is clear that Christ was referring to John the Baptist - "He was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of that light" (John 1:8).

In the Old Testament, God demonstrated that the concept of bearing a true and accurate witness was so important that He codified it in the 10 Commandments - "Thou shalt not bear false witness" (Exodus 20:16). He further ingrained the severity of the issue in the Mosaic law, by requiring sometimes extreme consequences when false witnesses were exposed:

"If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong...the priests and the judges...shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother; Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: So shalt thou put the evil away from among you. And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you" (Deuteronomy 19:16,18-20).

This passage tells us the reason for the stern warning concerning bearing false witness. It was to be sure that the evil did not flourish among the people and be in a position where it could spiritually reproduce. The text plainly shows the penalty was to be imposed so that "those which remain shall hear, and fear...."

Under the New Covenant, Jesus clearly instructed the Christian church that the order of things shifted to the degree that we are not to seek to destroy the liars. In the parable of the wheat and the tares, he identifies "the good seed [as] the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one" (Matthew 13:38). The "tares" (which are essentially weeds that look like wheat) are seeded in among the children of the kingdom of God and have significantly infiltrated the body of the Christian church.

When the disciples asked "Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?" Christ specifically instructed the disciples "Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn (Matthew 13:30).

Those who bear false witness are tares, because they are liars. They do the works of their "father the devil…there is no truth in him, when he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it" (John 8:44). When individuals bear false witness, they are doing the works of their father - and identifying themselves as to whose child they actually are.

While as children of God we are strictly forbidden to seek to destroy the tares, the text implicitly demonstrates that we are to identify them. We are to bear witness to the truth. Indeed, in the parable, it was the "servants of the householder [that] came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares" (Matthew 13:27)?

Although the precise legal practice seen in the Old Testament relative to judging a true witness and punishing a false witness is now overshadowed by the present grace that is found in JESUS CHRIST, the basic principles that God has imparted through "the law and the prophets" (Matthew 7:12) are intact. Thus, we are always to bear witness to the truth and can never be found to sustain a lie. Indeed, in the final analysis we see that God will judge the world "because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie" (II Thessalonians 2:10,11).

Because of the very legal nature of this process, when God will ultimately judge men for the evil they have done, the Bible provides examples that demonstrate that the law and grace of God never allows an ANONYMOUS witness. For instance, in I Kings, we find an instructive story of stealth and intrigue where the notorious Jezebel is seen as the hidden architect of a false witness.

In this illustrative story, Jezebel and her husband Ahab have designs on the possessions of Naboth the Jezreelite. Jezebel schemes and not only bears a false witness, but she does it secretly as she writes letters in another person's name. In this scriptural account, she is the hidden assassin that arranges matters so that Naboth is eventually destroyed and she can obtain her victim's property. She also arranges to have other two men bare false witness to further her covetous plan (I Kings 21:8,10).

Most know how Jezebel and Ahab end up, as God ultimately punished them, but the point of the Biblical account is that those who secretly slander and anonymously attack by stealth are hardly moving in the truth that is supposed to pour forth from a servant of God.

As a modern day Naboth, I hold "property" that other "ministries" want. Even as I write these words, Christian Media is being slandered ANONYMOUSLY on the internet by nameless parties who represent themselves as Christians. For over 2 years we've been engaged in aspects of this conflict as we've sought to track down the source of the lies and attacks, and the trail eventually led us to specific ministries and "Christian" leaders.

I'm not allowed to pull up the tares, so I've sought to bear witness to the truth. In every case, my name is plainly associated with any broadcast and/or printed statements I've made. My COWARDLY enemy, on the other hand, attacks my wife, my friends, my associates, my integrity, even my appearance - and they do it ANONYMOUSLY.

In times of old, when a man's honor was maligned there was a suitable course of action. Those remedies are denied the true Christian who is seeking to behave in a scriptural fashion. Indeed, many scripturally shallow "believers" quote the Bible out of context, and suggest that I simply ignore the threats that have been made against us and 'turn the other cheek.' As a man, I consider the option of ignoring threats against my wife to be unChristian and unmanly.

I have conspicuously placed my name on this website, a number of times, so that I may stand and bear witness to the evil that is being perpetrated "in the name of Christ" by so many. The slanderous and anonymous backstabbing that these assassins engage in plainly demonstrates that they should be wearing skirts and dresses, not pants. They behave like matronly old crones - whispering their accusations anonymously while they attack in the dark those who are innocent of any wrongdoing. They are reminiscent of graffiti scrawlers, who scratch their queer messages on men's room walls, even as they skulk in the shadows of their own vile iniquity.

These filthy dreamers then have the audacity to proclaim themselves to be Christians, when there is nothing Christ-like or manly about them.

Because the mainstream Christian church, as well as significant portions of the so-called remnant church, continues to allow such unscriptural practices to occur unabated, without an overwhelming rebuke, the evil within the body remains like a festering cancer on the soul of the remnant of Israel. The Old Testament requirement of removing the evil among us was designed to preserve the body (Ezekiel 20:38). The modern body of Christ is being severely pruned because of this grotesque deteriorative condition.

However, God has promised that He will always preserve a righteous remnant. I have one question for those who continue to seek to maintain relations with liars and deceivers - who have been thoroughly and methodically exposed by name. If you continue to have fellowship with any of the offenders (or those who strengthen them), how can you expect to be a part of the remnant that God will preserve?

It seems Randy Maugans has slandered with malice a one Russ Dizdar of Shatter the Darkness. Malice and slander seems to be the stock in trade at Christian Media Network. James Lloyd the False Prophet and World Population

Today the self-ordained "prophet of God" and self-proclaimed population expert and writer of pamphlets that are a gyp said something about the population of earth approaching 6.6 billion as if that in itself really means anything. Lloyd has a fixation on the number 6 and tries to transfer his fixation to his listeners. First, he uses the KJB translation of the Greek letters chi, xi, and stigma to six hundred and three score and six. This is one number, a representation of one number, yet Lloyd seems to be fixated on this single digit 6. Six is not the number of the Beast as mentioned in Revelation, Mr. Lloyd. Besides, does Lloyd really grasp what the Greek letters chi, xi, and stigma really mean? Or he is a poser that likes to manipulate mindsets for monetary gain. I say Lloyd is a poser and fraud, plain and simple. He certainly is no prophet of the Lord. That much is evident to anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. Just send him a few bucks and he will tell you otherwise of course.

Back to the world population "fact" that Lloyd dredged up from his imagination. Why is it that others say the world's population is closer to or over 7 billion? The intended examination of the lies by Mr. Francis Steffan (nee Hayes) will be attended to soon enough in these blogs but first a comment about the insane liar known as ®andy Maugans©. ®andy Maugans© was hired by the Christian Media Network Corporation (called this because it is listed on the State of Oregon corporate rolls with Mr. James Lloyd of Jacksonville,Oregon as the owner) to be a witness for Mr. Lloyd® to, say, in effect that I was stupid. To be more precise, to say I was too stupid to make this little symbol © using html. Network 54's site allowed me to play with the size. This site won't let me enlarge it here in this "posting box". Maybe ®andy can get Lloyd to pay him 80 dollars an hour and he can pore over this problem for 60 to 75 hours and come up with the solution. ®andy testified under oath that James Lloyd© paid him from 50 to 80 dollars an hour to come to court to say that I was stupid. I don't believe that and I doubt there's any foundation for it, i.e. records of such payments. Lloyd probably gave him time on the corporate network in order for ®andy to extol the almighty Lloyd©. That's my speculation, if I may be allowed to speculate on that specific matter. Nevertheless the testimony of Maugans© was quite hilarious.

James Lloyd will never present this DVD in his catalog of merchandise with which he merchandises his flock - it is easy to speculate that he would sell it if he could given his history of marketing material of this nature. Even after the many on-air promises he made saying he would "tell all" after the trial's outcome, nothing has ever been pesented by Lloyd concerning any of it after the fact. But Lloyd is a liar. Lloyd used to quote a verse about liars on his show a lot. Funny how he quit quoting that verse.

Late last night I left the audio running for day 5 of the trial that James Lloyd initiated. I lay in bed and my intent was to go to sleep as this played on. In the 4th month of 2007 the trial took place, from 04/04/07 to o4/12/07. What I listened to was quite disturbing. I got this audio transcript in September of 2007, several months after the trial was over. I called the courthouse in Jacksonville, Oregon and asked how to obtain it. It was quite easy to obtain. I have listened to parts of this audio over the past two years. My life is not about examining James Lloyd every waking moment so this court transcript has been put on the back burner for some time. I regret that now. But then again I have to put food on the table and pay the bills so examining the sleazy practices of James Lloyd is not the number one priority in my life.

I already knew that James Lloyd is a pathological liar. That much is beyond doubt for me and anyone who is truly familiar with James Lloyd. To me, James Lloyd is the consummate grifter, devoid of any conscience whatsoever. What I heard on the audio files last night confirmed this. The gloves are coming off. I've been too nice to Lloyd up to this point. James Lloyd is not a man. I wouldn't even put Lloyd in the class of slime. Slime is more respectable than James Lloyd.

I only wish I was a better writer than this. I lay awake for a long time composing over and over again what I would write here now. It would have filled a book. I'm tired now but I won't be later. Go hire your lawyer, James Lloyd. Tune up your mock-outrage act. I'm coming after you here on the internet and if you ever go on tour selling your wares, I'll be there handing out the trial transcript audio DVD, gratis, to all those who you captivate with your merchandising.

Side note: After editing the title of this blog, I looked up the author of The Caine Mutiny, Herman Wouk. My father was an avid reader and he had all the books by Wouk so this sparked a bit of nostalgia in me as I was looking up information on Wouk. It came as a surprise to me that Wouk is still alive. He was born in 1915, three years older than my mother, who also is still alive and quite healthy. She still works providing care for the elderly (you know, things like changing them and cleaning them up, bedpans, things like that... things Lloyd would never do... Lloyd would take their money though ... my mother is of Christ, Lloyd is of an anti-christ spirit) and runs a dry-cleaning business and laundry-mat (she works there handling laundry and all the work associated with that business, its hard wok so its amazing she's doing it at her age... she likes working... and for exercise she takes walks before dark down the palm tree-lined sidewalks where she lives).

The Sick Mind of James Lloyd

There is a lot to made known about Francis Steffan Hayes and his relationship with James Lloyd and the operation known as Christian Media Network but that will be put on hold for awhile. A little snippet (see note below) concerning the sick mind of James Lloyd was found while going through some of the audio transcripts from this lawsuit that James Lloyd and the Oregon corporation known as Christian Media Network initiated against these two people after slandering them on his website for more than two years - beyond the two year limitation period where they could effectively make a complaint against Lloyd in his favorite venue - the court of the state. When one of the parties finally attempted to set the record straight on the internet, Lloyd sued. He smelled money. That is what he is in this for. Nothing else. Here is the testimony concerning the sick mind of James Lloyd. The name of the innocent has been protected in this transcription because she has children. Hopefully, they will not have to see this but they already know what James Lloyd did to their mother.

This is in day three of the trial and Mrs K -- is in the witness box called there by Christian Media Network's attorney. This part is where Mrs. K --'s lawyer is asking the questions. It begins at 10:58 AM on 4/09/07 and ends on 11:00:44 AM 4/09/07, only a couple of minutes. This is testimony about a man, Mr. James Lloyd of Christian Media Network, who included in his motions in limine to have any reference to the lesbian porn film Lloyd watches from being mentioned in the trial. James Lloyd doing business as Christian Media Network successfully had that squelched although it is doubtful that anyone had planned on mentioning it. But Mr. Lloyd had to mention it in a motion! Smart move. Here is the snippet:

Lawyer for the defendant Mrs. K--:

"Now ... (I'm) going to ask you..uh, and I know this
is upsetting to you and I know it's probably going to be
upsetting to the jurors but I'm going to ask you what
you said when you called to the Christian Media Network
and what Mr. Lloyd said about that that prompted Miss Lenox to send you.. that was referred to by Miss Lenox in the letter"

Mrs K --- " I had called The Stupid Friday Show .. and I think the subject was on the military .. and I called to voice my opinion. And that is I don't believe women belong in combat roles. They don't have that heart for it. It's .. its hard for a woman to kill something. They have nurturing instincts. And as part of that conversation I relayed a story that I had about my sister and myself walking in the woods .. um when we were kids. My sister found a snake and she took a stick and beat the heck out of it. Shortly after that she picked it up and she kissed it and I said "This is more indicative of a woman's point of view. Uh, you know, we're nurturers." And I made a comment and I'll have to think of the exact word is that ..um .. something about that women wouldn't succumb to feelings that men would have to injure their fellow man. That was misread as something else."

Lawyer for Defendant Mrs K -- : "Alright, well what was it misread as?"

Mrs. K -- "Having to do with oral sex."

Lawyer for defendant Mrs. K -- "Do you remember what Mr. Lloyd said?"

Mrs. K-- "Um ... Not clearly, but it was something with regards to oral sex. And that .. he found that offensive."

Attorney for the Christian Media Network business enterprise listed with the state of Oregon as such (see note 2 below):

Judge: "Overruled"

Lawyer for Mrs. K --: "I'm going to try to refresh your recollection ... uh.. Mrs. K -- and this is ... uh.. I don't like saying this myself but did Mr. Lloyd say "So she doesn't think women should be in the military because they won't suck cum?"

Mrs. K -- Yes thats correct.

Lawyer for defendant Mrs. K --: "I have nothing further."

Note 2. James Lloyd registered his business known as Christian Media Network with the state of Oregon as exactly that - a business. That's a documented fact. He also testified to the veracity of that fact in court.

James Lloyd calls other people morons yet he doesn't have a clue to what the word succumb means or does he and likes to be punny or was it Miss Lenox, who knows of Lloyd's penchant for lesbian porn (known from Lloyd's motion in limine), that became riled at a word association that Lloyd himself suggested by his response in said conversation? Why did Lloyd and Miss Lenox go off like this? Are they as insane as their expert witness Randy Maugans (to be examined in depth later)?

A Little Something about the Courtroom Transcripts

In 2006 or thereabouts, James Lloyd told his listeners
that he would make all the details of his ongoing lawsuit
known to them. But, he said, in the meantime the law prevented
him from making any comments about it. That was an abject lie.
James Lloyd is an inveterate liar though and anyone that has ever
listened to him for any appreciable amount of time already knows
this. What was especially laughable about that comment was that
he had already posted on his CMDaily site on his "news" section
that he had won a "judgment" in the case.

James Lloyd promised his listeners that once the lawsuit was over with
that he would then reveal to all what it was all about.
The point is: he never did. He lied.

Something had to be done to fill the void. Therefore an
audio transcript of the trial that James Lloyd initiated
was obtained from the Jackson County Court House in Jackson
County Oregon. James Lloyd sued two people. One was a pauper
and the other was a struggling single mother homeschooling two
children. There is over 40 hours of compelling courtroom testimony here. James Lloyd, if he could, would probably market this DVD himself but he won't because he knows what is on it. That is my opinion based on all the type of stuff James Lloyd markets. For those of you who know of the litigious nature of James Lloyd, you may ask if I am afraid of Mr. Lloyd suing me. My answer to that question is a simple: "No".
